Understanding a client's requirement, such as infrastructure requirements, location, budget, time frame and some special requirements, if any.

02. PRAPOSAL

we try to identify the best available options from our up-to-date database.

03. SITE VISITS / MEETINGS

Arrangements are made for the client to visit the shortlisted options. during the site visits, facts and figures for justifying the prevailing rates are presented. also meetings with the owners of the shortlisted properties are organized as per the client's request.

04. FINALISATION

We assist the buyer and seller to unite at a particular point through negotiations. once the negotiations are over, we assist both the parties to enter into an agreement on a win-win basis.
